This place hasn’t changed. Not a single stone has moved since I was last here. The entrance is still standing, sealed up with heavy rocks and sand. Nothing has disturbed the massive piles of rubble that were once hauled from this mine on the backs of children, many of whom are held in permanent memory by twenty-seven diminutive suns gouged into the face of the cliff.
My body is moving on its own, tracing those small stars with the tips of my fingers. It’s been so long since I came here, but I still remember the feeling of this stone; soft, rough, and grainy, as if someone had taken sheets of fine sandpaper and glued them to the o

“Laryn?”
No answer.
“Laaaaryyyyn...”
Not even a glance.
“You’re not listening to me are you?”
Nothing but the incessant scraping of her blade against its whetstone.
Uleki heaved out a noisy sigh and flopped onto his back, staring upwards into the darkening sky. Most days at this time, from his house just outside the Military district, he could hear the raucous shouting of half a dozen drill sergeants during evening inspection. Sometimes they were laying into a recruit for a minor offense, sometimes it was just a nonsensical stream of profanity. Today, though, the silence loomed over the field l

What is Shapeshifting?
Shapeshifting spells are most easily characterized as spells that directly affect the Caster's body by changing its basic structure. Its visible effects can range from a simple bulge in the muscles that can make the caster stronger (Which may be confused with the effect of an enhancement spell, the difference being enhancement spells are incapable of eliciting any sort of physical change), to changing into an animal, or even into an inanimate object.
Who can Shapeshift?
There are several requirements for an aspiring shapeshifter to meet before they should ever attempt an actual shift. First, a thorough knowledge

"I am fully aware of that, Major, but there is little logic behind attacking us and leaving us alive." Gregor's scratchy, semi-monotone is beginning to give me headaches. At least I think it's Gregor and not some new symptom or something. Whatever got inside of me, it's been doing a number on my body. I feel like I've drunk too much of my whiskey, except that I still feel everything just fine, and I haven't had a drop since I got down here. I have to think hard even to respond to Gregor, trying to clear the fuzziness that has dominated my mind.

Have descended into total darkness, and my flashlight isn't helping a whole lot. The cave I am stuck in seems to have had a way out once, but there is a pile of rocks where the entrance should have been. I can hear sounds coming from the other side, but I don't dare try to break through. The vibration from my walking is enough to send a few pebbles down on my head. Have also been in contact with 'Dr. Ollivander' Though I wasn't able to glean much information from him. Something is interfering with my transmissions, and we weren't in contact long. Gregor, however, has proven useful. 'He', if you can call a compute

I don't know how many of you are pokemon fans, but this person is definitely a pokemon master when it comes to drawing. Makes me wish I knew their secret, especially with the lighting.
A thought has recently occured to me; all of my more recent entries have been for OCT's, and I have done absolutely nothing with any of my characters outside of that. I have several characters that I haven't even used, and a couple stories that haven't been posted (I'll exclude those for now)
So, I thought I'd ask you guys what you think.
Here it is... I really need you guys to answer this question to help me decide
Waiiit foor iiiiiiit...
Which of My OCT characters gets their own story?
(hence, which one would you like to see more of/ is the most interesting to you/has the most intersting potential)
Finally, a little peace. I guess I needed that, school's been crazy, and I needed this weekend.
Either way Round 2 of #B4T5R (https://www.deviantart.com/b4t5r) is almost over, I can't wait to see who wins.
Pretty much, but there is a chance she'd make an exception for someone she views as a child, or at the very least she probably wouldn't take them seriously.
